Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

We have been to this one 4 times so far because it is new and closest to our house. We are really disappointed in the way it is run. On all occasions we had to clean our own table andthe trash was over flowing. We have not been in here when it was busy either. The drive thru was busy. Tonight there was one guy that did nothing but talk to other workers and he could have been cleaningud83dude21 They need to get their act together or we will find a cleaner one.

They don't carry the best item on the menu and I consider lying to the customers to be bad customer service.nnI tried to order the Jalapeno Pepper jack burger and she said they don't have it. I thought that maybe yesterday when I had it at a different location might have been the last day, so I asked her when they stopped having it. She said they don't do LTOs right now. Didn't even say the words limited time offers, just used the weird abbreviation that I certainly didn't say.nIt's a new location, maybe like a month since opening, and the place was empty, so it wasn't busy, but they don't have the special items that draw people in?nnShe claimed that Freddy's isn't doing the LTOs during covid, but clearly that's false since I've been eating them at the other locations.

Just tried out this new location, sit in line for one meal for over 15 minutes, asked for no onions! Get home onions on the burger and no cheese, and I have called them 5 times now and no answer when I know they are still open! I will stick to the one on 135th from now on!

We ordered doordash, and I got a concrete with literally one Oreo on the top and nothing else throughout the whole thing. Super disappointed.

I just went there and the Burgers were amazing and everything was spectacular I would definitely recommend this Freddy’s to anyone who is thinking of going there. :)
