Tire Discounters

Good experience from the start. They ordered my tires and received them on time. Got my truck in promptly and although the appointment ran just a little long (wife had a dr. appt) they drove her to her appointment while I waited for my truck to be finished! People are quick to complain and simply acknowledge adequate service. However the service i received was exceptional and they deserve to be praised for such! Additionally it should be noted that the facilities, from the showroom to the waiting room, even the bathroom were spotless and obviously well-kept.

Update: My husband received the standard survey email regarding our service and filled it out late evening on 7/10/20 noting the that not all employees were wearing masks in the comments. Mike called the morning of 7/11/20 to follow up as to who was not wearing masks and said it would be addressed with the entire team but that he would also speak with those individuals one-on-one.nnMy previous review was four stars and I've update it to five stars following Mike's call. I appreciate that they are taking the pandemic seriously and followed up with us so promptly and are addressing the error. Thank you, Mike!! We'll definitely be return customers.nn----nnMike was extremely helpful when we dropped my car off in the morning. He found our account quickly and I was able to pay for the tires in advance. We were in and out the door in less than 15 minutes. He estimated it would take a few hours to get my new tires delivered but within three hours they called to say they already had the tires on and we could pick it up anytime.nnWe picked it up after 5 and Allen couldn't seem to find my paid transaction in the system. Mike stepped back in and found our account, finalized the sale, and gave us the receipt. Took all of 5 minutes. Thanks for the great service, Mike!nnNote that not all staff were wearing masks while assisting customers in the show room. Mike wore one both times he assisted us, but Allen and Jacob were not wearing masks while helping other customers at a close distance.

Wanted struts put on along w brakes, salesman ignored my wish, ask 3 times about pricing and putting on vehicle, never offered. I called supply house which had parts, he never answered just kept ignoring request. He did finally give my quote on way out door.

The service and personal attention are generally ok. The wait time is not bad and the work is on point. This contribution is about the personnel making a customer wear a mask upon entering the store. I understand them not wanting to lose business but there were 5 other paying customers on the premises at the time and my life is just add important. They have a sign posted ON THE FRONT DOOR! All men work there and the offender was a woman. I guess they were afraid...I don’t know.nnYesterday, here in Jefferson County, we had 4,151 confirmed cases of COVID . Our numbers are continuing to rise yet ppl are STILL refusing to wear masks? It’s insanity. If they won’t do it, I will.
