Very nice facility. Clean, well maintained, secure. Good working HVAC kept our furniture in great condition. Reasonably priced, too. I highly recommend.
When we decided to reclaim our garage, we checked out River City Self Storage. It was cleaner and maintained better than any self-storage facility I have used over the past 25 years, so we rented a unit. Easy access. Good security. Well-kept, clean property. Climate controlled. Very friendly and helpful management who go out of their way to be assistive. Their promotion made the price competitive to other facilities in the area. It was so nice that we decided to go back a few weeks later and rent a second space for a different project. Thanks Jeff and team!
Jeff and team were professional in every way starting with check in to check out. The area was always clean and air conditioned properly. I would recommend River City Storage for storage needs and service. Thanks guys for your help and making life easy for a very busy person!!!!!!!
Highly recommend! Very clean and amazing customer service! I'm moving out of state 2 days after my monthly payment is due, I called and spoke with jeff who was able to help me and work something out with me! Awesome guy
Great service. Establishment was always clean especially the restrooms. Manager was always willing to help and make sure we were satisfied. Will use again and refer them to anyone that needs a storage place
