Usually I love pizza hut, has my favorite pizza, sides, and sauces. Today I placed an order through the app. My order included buffalo medium wings, garlic knots, a cheese pizza (medium), and ranch and garlic sauce. I had to knock at the drive through window after sitting there in my car for nearly 5 minutes. When I finally got someone’s attention, I was told they hadn’t begun my order yet - something about the wings. I waited 20 minutes for a cold pizza, cold garlic knots, and an incredibly rude cashier. This place has had gross staff before (eating on the job while taking my payment and handling my food, no mask or gloves in a pandemic, etc. But I’ve never had an attitude from someone until today. They also have me a blue cheese instead of a ranch, and the marinara sauce tastes like it wants to die. Don’t waste your time and money here, if you really want pizza hut go another one near buy.

Placed a delivery order at 5:08. Pizza was eventually delivered at 6:51. I attempted to contact the store to check status but the calls were going to a call center and I was told multiple times by the call center rep that my pizza was on the way. I finally called to cancel because it was taking so long and was transferred to the store only to receive a busy signal. Call center could not cancel so this transferring was attempted at least 6 times. Busy signal every time. When we did finally receive our order, we noticed the driver on the sidewalk, he never even knocked, opened my door to him walking away, mumbling thanks. Was left with 2 cold pizzas that had to be warmed up in the oven. I will never order from pizza hut again. I will gladly pay more to a local pizza place that will go above and beyond. Very unsatisfied and will share this experience with others as this is not uncommon for this particular store.

I usually love pizza huts food but the low rating is for their delivery. DO NOT get delivery from here! After getting told that it would come in 70 minutes, we waited for our pizza for TWO AND A HALF hours. I called to get updates after 70 minutes and they said there was nothing they could do. We waited and waited and finally they came and did not give us any discount or anything. The pizza was cold and already getting hard, I wouldn’t have paid for it if I knew that.nI will NEVER order pizza from this Pizza Hut again, and maybe never from Pizza Hut AT ALL, that’s how bad this situation was.

Decent food and service but can't get delivery so I always have to get pick-up. Really disappointing considering I used to get delivery from this location all the time around 10 years ago to the same address I live at currently. What changed? It's only four miles down the road.
