If I could have cut the one star in half I would have. I have just left your “fast food restaurant “ in Abbeville, Al. which according to the sticker is managed by Terrell Roberson. I don’t know nor have I ever seen him at the restaurant. It just took me 20 minutes from the time I placed my order and finally received it and drove off. I worked for the public in various businesses and when you try to time your busy time with employees more than usual you will fail. With a food business they are normally 3 busy times during the day. But in the evening time you will need more employees due to people ordering food and then to do a very good job of cleaning up after you lock the doors to customers. Nothing worse than to walk into a business and the floor wet with water and cleaner. I am finished now with my ranting and ordering any kind of food from your store in Abbeville, Alabama. K. LOTT and I am in the phone book.
Only gave 1 Star because none is not an option! We frequent the Hardee’s in West Tallahassee on a regular basis when in town. Every time there is an issue with our order and no one in the restaurant seems to care. It took 25 minutes to get our order today and it was wrong. They seemed annoyed that I checked and asked them to get the rest of my order. The service is slow and the staff is inept. There aren’t many choices close by so I guess it doesn’t matter how the service is. I will give my blood pressure a rest and drive the 10 minutes to McDonalds in the future.
Went through the Hardee's in Crawfordville and ordered two Frisco meals. The bread wasn't toasted they forgot our fries. Turned around and went inside and they were more concerned with closing and socializing then serving customers properly. This place used to be one of the best places in Crawfordville now Burger King is giving faster more consistent service. I keep going through hoping it gets better but keep being disappointed. Great job thanks for consistent disappointment.
I was shocked by the service at your Albany location on N Slappy. The only employees intrested in working were the young lady at the register and the cook. There were several cars in the drive thru. One of the orders must have been rather large because it took the cook quite a while to get it ready and it took 4 bags to hold it.nWhile all this was happening 3 of your employees were blocking the main entrance while they socialized with another employee who was off duty. While I waited I realized your manager was sitting in the dining area playing with her phone. I waited for about 13 minutes.nI am a avid Hardee's fan. I have been to many locations and never seen employees so unconcerned about their jobs.nDothan Alabama has a location on the circle and it is my favorite Hardee's. If the Dothan location is not one of yours, you need to send your employees to see how it is done and what customer service really is.
Took way too long at the Americus GA. Noticed they moved orders off the screen so corporate did not see how long they were taking and kept up with the orders through a string of receipts. If it was my franchise I would fire everyone and start over
