Only gets two stars because the fries were good..nThis location took way too long to give me my order when it was only supposed to be a 16-21 minute wait. One of my orders were wrong and the wings itself were not good. Do not recommend going to this location

Not bad considering so many wing places in the area. If you're in search of wings.. You can't go wrong with this option.

HORRIBLE first experience at this location! The wait, even with call ins, is EXTREMELY long! Service is VERY SLOW!! Wings undercooked, fries not hot and fresh!!!! 1 person up front to answer phones, takes orders and make drinks so it took 5-10 just to place an order, no to mention she could only use 1 arm bc the other was injured, bless her heart! Very disorganized!! Just HORRIBLE overall! Definitely won’t be returning!!! Every customer there was COMPLAINING! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This place literally just opened and I’m already disappointed. I understand this location may be a franchise, but they have to do better. Today I order a 15 piece combo with mild/lemon pepper on half. Not did I no receive my order correctly the chicken was old, and you can smell it along with the grease the food is fried in. Although I was offered a remake I asked for a refund after waisting my time and gas, first impression should be everything and it wasn’t.

After I placed my order they told me it would be 20 minutes before the order was ready. Not a single person n the store. I asked to cancel the order because I didn’t have that long to wait. Was told they can’t cancel orders. Sitting in front of the place now debating on whether to wait or leave. Workers just standing around so just gonna chalk it up to a bad $10 decision and keep it moving
