The food is a solid 4 it is above average. The service and manager/owner makes it a 6. I could walk in right now an order something not offered on the menu like onion rings on a burger or something and i know he would make it no questions asked. Better yet he would probably only charge me .50 cents to do it love this place.

Great date night! Excellent customer service! Clean and wonderful atmosphere. The food was fresh, hot and delicious!! Great traditional burgers $$ Love it. Next time I’m gonna try the veggie burger!!

Been here several times. Last two times not as good. Today March 2021, burger to done. Fries cooked to long. Will not go back again. Quality has gone down. ☹ufe0f Guess I'll be going to Five Guys.

We order a to go order for my in laws and while I was telling the sweet employee over the phone what they wanted on there burgers I mentioned to please put no onions on my father in laws burger he is highly allergic and she went the extra mile to tell me she would even change gloves in between my father in law and mother in laws side. When I say this means a lot it does thank you to Maddison at the Hiram location for going the extra mile excellent service

I went here about late 2020 and am just now writing this review because I just remembered and I think it's important to advise people about my experience during these times. I went there and ordered a cheeseburger combo. The couple in front of me ordered and sat and waited for their food and then I did the same. When it was time for them to pick up their food they asked the servers to fix them a side of lettuce and tomatoes because a group of kids had been at the salad bar where they were talking, coughing, and/or picking up things with their bare hands. The employees told them they would have the salad bar changed out but also gave them stuff from the back. When I went up to get my food I was told to go to the salad bar after I requested for some lettuce, tomatoes, and jalapeños from the back also. So in essence they didn't intend to change any of the food at the salad bar and if I had not heard the previous customers request, I would have been eating the same contaminated food all because they didn't believe that the previous customers were telling the truth. The employee even asked me if I had seen it because they didn't think the other people were telling the truth. I doubt they changed anything after I left. I haven't been back since and don't intend to.
