Customer service is key along with a good product and price. Steak n Shake has a good product and price has always been a little higher than I think it should be but the service has dropped to near nonenThey are closed to dine in. I get that. But they doing drive through and ordering inside. With 9 cars in line for the drive through I opted to go inside to order a simple double cheeseburger, fries and shake. They took my order and I got my shake and waited and waited. No one was cooking. Six people in the kitchen area and four on break. Ten minutes passes when two of the cooks that were on break came back on. One asked me about my order. Checked and it had been sitting down waiting for fries, which I saw two cycles of fresh fries come up during my wait.nI’ve worked fast food and I know how it works. It seems with many people wanting to work that places should be looking for good workers to replace workers that are just there. I’ve seen a lot of restaurants struggling to find workers that are committed to doing a good job.nI hope this Steak n Shake can pull their act together. By the way only 2 cars orders were completed in that time.

Delicious, Delicious, Delicious!!! The drive thru window clerk was super friendly and courteous!!! The food was fresh and hot!!! This location gets my stamp of approval ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d!!!
