If I could do zero I would. Ordered on line, went to pick up, No welcome, no customer service, no eye contact and was told order was in a wire rack. Cashier pointed to bag and said this is it right here. Grabbed bag, said thank you and walked out.nGot home, missing part of order. Called and was told oh yea he forgot it.... um he took bag that he was told to. Asked for refund of missing item and was told they don’t do that. So no offer to get at later date, no refund option, no apology just it’s “customer fault” that 5 out of 5 employees and no orders waiting in line couldn’t provide minimum service.nNot that our $ matters but not another dollar from us. Ridiculous!

I ordered online and when I arrived my order was never put in the proper place. They finally asked me who I was and gave the order to me.nI got the hook and ladder special. The sandwich was great.

I forget how good the sandwiches are from Firehouse until I eat another sandwich after a minor absence. Hands down one of the best sandwich places I've had since leaving Chicago!

I don't know if I will go back here. We usually get excellent quality from here but I ordered 2 sandwiches. When I got home the bread on them was so soggy. So disappointed since the quality use to be so good. Y'all charge too much to give customers soggy bread. The person you have at the window where you pick up your order could be friendly, just saying.

Superb 5 star sandwich shop, with a 3 star ability to remember to put in the extra pickle.
