Waitress was helpful and polite. The food was just ok. I had a grilled chicken salad with no seasoning on the chicken whatsoever but beautifully cooked and prepared. Ranch tasted like Mayo.nWhat I didn't understand was a mask is required, but they sit everyone in the same corner. Especially when you have 3 areas far apart not being used. Can someone please explain?

My son and I just left IHOP after waiting at the lobby for a host for about 15 minutes and none came to us!!! This IHOP just lost a loyal customer...

Waited at table for 1 hr , no service , my kids are like daddy let’s go we are hungry , I told them wait guys they are little busy, but when I saw them served a table who came 45 minutes after me I’m like nope kids we have to go , This place is not only poorly staffed but also poorly managed. On my way out I saw one of the staff I asked him who is the managing he said she is right there , I when and spoke to her , she offer me to go back I will be taking care of , I’m like nope my kids are hungry I can’t wait any longer . She apologized. And said her name is Casey . . .. Will never come there again ..

Had brunch with a friend and we were able to sit in our booth with no wait.nThe food was tasty but the table had crumbs on it. That was before we ate. ud83dude32nThe music over the intercom was a bit too loud and kept skipping.nWe asked if they could possibly turn the music down twice.nUnfortunately, it never happened.nOur waitress was sweet if that's any consolation. LOL

We went to IHOP to eat breakfast. I had the the cheese, Spinach and mushroom omelet. I requested ham added in my omelette, they forgot the ham. Another omelette was quickly made. Overall everything was fine.
