Fast food drive thru. Portions are inconsistent and packaging is sloppy ....
Hiram Ga ordered on 3/6/2021 at 11:35 am. Ordered my food and when I got to the window they just handed us our drinks without telling us which one is which. I ordered a diet Dr Pepper and my girlfriend ordered a regular doctor pepper. I am a diabetic so I didn’t want to drink the wrong drink and take too much or too little insulin. I asked the lady which one was which and she said it didn’t matter which one was diet and which one was regular and got an attitude over the whole situation. Some people drink diet drinks not just because they don’t want the calories some people drink it because their health won’t let them drink a regular drink. Poor professionalism on the employees part.
Horrible horrible service.. Paid for 3 meals didnt get any slaw. Ordered chicken dipped in tongue torch.. Didnt get them dipped instead gave us tongue torch dipping sauce which taste nothing like chicken dipped in tongue torch. None of the toast were toasted. Asked for honey mustard for chicken they gave salad dressing honey mustard..
Lines are always long but at least the food is good so it kinda evens out. This visit I only got cookies which seemed to take almost 10 mins. They were already cooked.
Great place to go for a quick workday lunch. This location has the dining room open. So you don't have to take your food to go. Two people ate a full lunch for $7. Download the app the perks are fantastic.
