My husband and I placed an online order this evening at 6:24 PM. The email gave us a pick up time of 7. He arrives a few minutes after 7 at a circus!! The curbside pick up parking spaces are being used by dine in customers and there is no parking. He finds a spot at the back end of the building and goes inside to pick up an the order. There are ZERO masks being required by patrons and absolutely NO social distancing in the waiting area. The server tells him he still has to wait an additional 15 minutes, that turned into 25. she finally brings him the order and the salad was missing. Thank goodness he checked before he left the parking lot. He gets home to find out that not only is the food ice cold, but the bacon cheeseburger has NO bacon! Absolutely disappointed! The server said their kitchen was overwhelmed with the take out orders and the dine in. If this is the case, why are we still taking orders online?? Will not be doing that again. Definitely $75 that would have been better spent elsewhere.
I love this restaurant. Good atmosphere. Good food. But the waiter we got this time was a huge disappointment. He came to our table once the whole meal. We had to flag down other employees to be attended to. First bad experience hear in all the years I've come.
This place is the one I like best. I visit a lot of restaurants but to this one I keep coming back again and again. The crew is very amicable and the food they cook is so yummy. I never decline to have a nice meal in this place. I highly recommend this place.
Food was great. Great price. Had to wait 1 hour to get in. Place was pack. Server was nice and on it. She was always checking on us. Even she was busy. Definitely will comeback
First time visitor, wasn't disappointed. Steak tasted awesome. My date's steak wasn't cook properly, but we informed our server and he got her a new one as well as a fresh potato. Definitely be back.
