I have to give them a 5 today. I ordered the stuffed crust, 3 meat, pepperoni best, and bread sticks. It was so fresh and hot. Best pizza I have had from there in awhile. Tried to order online and it was not working right, but manager still honored the online price, as well as the promo code! Customer service was great! They were extremely busy and my food only took 15 minutes. I have nothing bad to say today!!!ud83dude01

Worst staff does not seem like Managment is in-tuned with the staff and operations . They dont greet you. Very rude in general. Some will tell a white man “sir” and then tell a black man “bruh” . They Just look at you and wait for you to speak and look bothered by you. Constantly having convos busy or not with no urgency. And #1 the phone is almost always on a busy tone. I can call while standing in the lobby and it will never ring. I dont know what that is about. I call other franchises and they pick up the phone.

Every single time we come they are out of pizza. Today we were told 10 min. 30 min later still no pizza. Then they can’t find our pizza. 1 cheese 1 pepperoni . I get it and get to the car and one is raw and the other is so thin and has a giant hole in the middle . You could see the card board. I got a refund but no pizza , and two upset hungry toddlers.

They are very slow!! Never have pizza available as soon as you walk in!! They also never answer the phone and I called twice just for them to pick up and hang right up. They never tell me when my portal order is ready either !! HORRIBLE SERVICE HERE

They were extremely rude. I wanted some fresh Italian sticks but they refused to make it. My pizza was barely done. Horrible customer service. They guy that took my order was dirty looking.
