I'm giving them two stars for being open late. But they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I've called them five times this week at various times of the day and waited 10+ minutes each time before giving up. I have yet to get to talk to a person. This time I've been listening to hold music for 17 minutes on this call alone...typing this while I wait for someone to even pick up.nUPDATE: 21 minutes in...someone finally answered. I gave them one more star than I was going to because the person was polite and didn't have the nasty attitude that I expected.

I’ve given this pharmacy chance after chance and every time they never cease to ensure I’m left as a dissatisfied customer. The pharmacists are rude, uncaring and will flat out lie to you. According to them, they are out of medication 9 times out of 10. Why are you open as a pharmacy 24hrs and always out of medicine? I went to get a prescription filled on a Monday and they said they didn’t have it. I asked them when would they have it and they said the next Monday or Tuesday. What?!?! Most pharmacies I know, especially BUSY ones get shipments every other day if not every day. Save your time and money and go somewhere that want your business. I’m still trying to figure out how they are still in business.

The managers, pharmacy and cashiers are the absolute BEST I've experienced in my 20+ yrs. of shopping, couponing and pharmacy use. They go out of their way to help you and are always courteous even when busy.nI could not give them a higher rating.

This is the rudest disrespectful call Professional CVS I called to inform the pharmacist that they were calling the wrong number about to prescriptions I was put on hold 4/30 minutes no can you hold how you doing just straight hold two times. I decided 2 push the number for the front end because the pharmacist keep calling my phone I informed her I would I was calling for she was nonchalant and ruled I let her know I was just being considerate in mindful of others may be the patient need their medicine maybe the patient have tried to call to check on their medicine she really did not care so I told her if CVS don't care about their patients and Medicine they need not to be in business. There is no reason for a pharmacy to never answer their phone that's uncalled for an unacceptable but once again I was being mindful inconsiderate for whoever medicine it was I need CVS to be more concerned. about their customers who put their trust in them to fill their medicine..And these reviews are just sad and CVS need to be ashamed on how rude unprofessional their employees are...Residents need to contact and report these type of business to BBB an higher levels...residents should not have to deal with this type of unprofessional rude behavior...
