The people are Hardy are top notch and honest as they come! They explained the features, took the time to make sure we understood our options and ultimately earned our business. Tommy the Sales Consultant and Paul the Finance Guy couldn’t have been more helpful, communicating at each step. The service was great but I choose the quick lane at 7:36am and was asked if I had an appointment? Why would I need an appointment for a quick lane, isn’t that first come first serve? I got there at 7:36am but had to wait 2 hours on my truck oil change and tire rotation because two people ahead of me had an 8 am appointment.nnIt should NOT be called quick lane at a wait of 2 hours or need of an appointment.
Service was GREAT!!!! The service tech was very friendly and polite. They took care of my service on my F150 quickly and even called me with concerns about my truck. I have always used Hardy for my truck needs and they have been really good to me and have always taken care of my concerns in a prompt fast manner.
Victor was the best auto salesman I have ever dealt with. Friendly, knowledgeable about the truck, answered all my questions and got me a fair deal.nAll the other employees I dealt with, getting my second remote and purchase in parts department gave great customer service.
