I rushed to purchase a 2014 Cadillac CTS from Dallas AutoMart because I recently totaled my car . I saw the beautiful CTS online and it was within my budget. Quickly got approved through the bank. I didn’t get to test drive the car before purchase because I didn’t have a way out to Dallas Ga from Decatur. (NEVER PURCHASE BEFORE TEST DRIVING!) however, I spoke to Leo my salesman who promised me that the vehicle would run great like a Cadillac/Luxury car is suppose to run. As I drove my car car off the lot, there where a few things I noticed that needed attention . Leo responded professionally, and connected me to the owner Danny. Danny is a great guy with great boots who has a passion for cars and believes in taking care of people/ his customers. When you hear and see those boots, you know Mr.Danny means business ! Also, Sandy, his lovely wife, gives off a pleasant calming professional energy that puts you at ease when finalizing a purchase or when concerns are brought to her attention . Overall, Dallas AutoMart is who I will refer to all my staff of delivery drivers , friends and family, they have great customer service , a great team of people, nice vehicles that are fairly priced , and most important they are “people taking care of people” they keep their promise and will not make a promise they can’t keep ! Very nice place to do business with. We bought a vehicle from here and the staff was very friendly and was easy to work with. Their vehicles are nice and well maintained it appears. Enjoyed doing business with and will again in the future.

I recently had to purchase another car, so I checked around several places, and finally came to Dallas Auto Mart. They were very nice and friendly, I found the car I liked, and they sold me a great low mileage car at great and reasonable price, they worked to get me the deal i needed. I was very pleased with them! If you Have the need for a car or truck, i would definitely recommend them! They will take GREAT care of you!

Rude sales. Asked for a deposit on a vehicle and didn't budge on the price. Then they increased the price after I left. I hope they fixed it lol several lights were illuminated on the dash. Car was overpriced.
