Best and quickest car buying experience! After months of shopping, Mr. Nathan Rodriguez was able to find my wife and I the perfect vehicle that was also in our price range. My son purchased a truck from Taylor at this dealership. He was very patient and customer service was great. I think it was the manager, he loves military and had patches from many services so of course I had to ensure Army was being represented. I came home and ripped a patch for him, lol. I would recommend this place. They love military, first responder and all that proudly serve.
This is the worst car buying experience I have had in the last 40 years. I was told the car I purchased is in excellent condition - and everything worked. After finding that the that the sun roof cover had been torn out of the car to hide the problem - that I needed to make the $850 repair out of my own pocket. I was told that if I purchase spare key/fob for the car they would get it programmed because the car didn't have any spare Keys. When I brought the car in to have this done - they said they couldn't/wouldn't do it - take to a locksmith ... promises made during the sale turned into lies.... I could go on - but you should also know the service department manager is rude and not helpful at all - If I had known this dealership was so ... I would never had made a purchase there - please learn from my bad experience - and steer clear - buyer beware of this dealership - just terrible - one star is generous
i had a 5 star review but i’m changing, not even a few weeks after i got my car it started giving me problems, i took it to carl black and they said they’d take car of it and all of a sudden my car started squeaking when it was running, they’ve caused me so many issues that i can’t even count, they said i get a free oil change but i’m not taking my car back there so instead they harass me once a month about coming in and getting it done. never coming back.
I would avoid this dealer at all costs. After speaking with someone there and putting in my credit application I was told I was approved and just needed to come in and sign some paperwork. This could not have been further from the truth. I had given the sales person on the phone my credit score, my current balance on my car loan, how much down payment I had, the payment range i needed everything and was told I was approved by their finance manager. I get to the dealer and that was not the case. I wasted 2 hours of my time going back through the whole finance piece only to be told I was being turned down even though they had every piece of information up front. They wanted to sell the car i wanted but leave me with my current vehicle to sell on my own. After an email calling them out on this they went back and miraculously they could do it if i had 5 times the amount of down payment we agreed on. Run don't walk away from this place and their dishonest practices.
