They get my drink right every time. Even though you have to park and go inside. They are fast and polite. I love the fact you can get Kroger Stars and get Starbucks coffee. It would be nice to be able to order ahead.
I did not visit Starbucks. They are no longer part of my life. I found better tasting products other places and cheaper.
My order is always correct and tastes great.
Horrible summer service. Girl that he helped me i believe her name is lovedeced something like that was very rude. She messed up my drink and I even apologized to her because I felt bad she had to make it again and she didn't even acknowledge me just rolled her eyes at me and when I was leaving I said thank you and no response again. Before I left I asked if she was OK and she replied im fine and I said to her that it looked like she didn't want to be there and left. Very unpleasant. Will never bring my service there.
I am a LOYAL customer. I grab a white chocolate mocha frappe EVERYDAY! Went in Saturday 10m before closing and the mgr, Crystal said the machine was down. Returned on Sunday and asked if the machine was fixed. The baristas on duty was very mad because the machine was NEVER broken. They were mad because it was a lie for one and I am a very loyal customer for two. They hated I was treated that way. This was at the Kroger in Dallas, Ga location.
