Horrible - I do NOT Recommend this Appraisal Company and the Appraiser Jay Haney !nnHe did a incomplete appraisal where he did not thoroughly preview all the Features on our Property and had inaccurate information in the Appraisal Report. The appraisal was initially ordered by the Lender, and I reported all the inaccuracies to the Lender.nnLong story short, another appraisal was performed where all the Correct Features were included, and the Home Appraised for THOUSANDS MORE a few weeks after Jay's & Appraisal Solution's incomplete and inaccurate appraisal.nnJay has a Know-It-All Attitude and doesn't deliver quality service !!nIf you have the option to Select and Hire your Appraisal Company - I Don't Recommend this One !!
