Liberty Tax Service in Hiram is very completely incompetent. They've cost us thousands of dollars. Even after admitting their mistakes for several years in a row, they refused to compensate us in any manner except to amend the years they messed up. We took the amended returns to another Accountant and they found more errors that Liberty did! DO NOT USE LIBERTY!!!!!!
