Fast service but my smores shake was made incorrectly

This place is normally a good place. Don't go there after 10pm. Employees hanging out outside and not on the job. Pressed the red button; waited 10 minutes and got no service. Update: From reading others reviews; management really doesn't give a hoot this franchise is running into the ground. It shouldn't be left up to the customer to keep your employees in check.

To be honest, it was a very poor experience. The ultimate cheese steak was dry and looked as if it sat under the heat lap for longer than expected. Having worked at a sonic branch before, the response time was very sub par. At least 15 minutes passed before our food to come out. At that time, I would expect the tots to be fresh and the other food items to be piping hot. This service would not have pleased a corpo coming to do a surprise inspection.
