Very! Very! Very! Very! Extremely rude! Worst fast food experience I have ever had in my life! Avoid this place at all cost! After politely telling them I was missing something from my order she rolled her eyes and got an attitude with me. And this is after they had gotten my order wrong twice! And on top of that she was a manager. So if the manager acts that way just imagine how the employees act. Plus it smells bad in the entire restaurant and the rest rooms are aren’t clean.
Service was HORRIBLE & I had to prove that I had Chicken nuggets just to get sauce. I waited 15 minutes for my drink just to throw it out because it was so watered down. Your best bet is to go across the street to the gas station & eat!
Great customer service. Could be a little quicker with orders coming out of drive thru. Had to pull forward and waited about 15 minutes for sausage gravy and biscuit order. Friendly staff makes up for the wait.
My food was hot.. that's the best thing I can say...nThe service sucked more than a normal McDonald's...the wait was horrible on the inside and out...they constantly gave out wrong orders and gave my order away 2x before I got mines...I wouldn't recommend this spot to anybody.
No mocha frappes..no sprite..no blueberry muffins..no toilet paper or paper towels in bathroom..woman at counter said said don't know what to tell you..doing best we can and threw order on counter!
