Every filling, though I was missing an item

Wish I could leave zero stars. After starting our order in the drive thru there was a long pause from the worker. When they responded they said, 'sorry, I got distracted'. Then we proceeded to restart our whole order. After restating half our order another worker got on the speaker and asked us to again repeat the order. After giving our order we still had to go back and repeat parts of the order to yet a third worker. The customer service was absolutely horrid. We never just hold up a line to check our order before we leave but having to go through so much trouble to order three trays was beyond ridiculous. While sitting there checking our food, we noticed a group of males (not in a cookout uniform) knocking on the dining room door quickly let in by workers. I guess we figured out what the big distraction was that the females taking our order were experiencing.

Love, love, love their milk shakes. The chocolate double is to die for. Food isn't bad at all, low prices for good amount food. Better than mcds by far. Great fast food junt, fast service for sure

My family LOVES the food here its SPECTACULAR, and for the price its the biggest bang for your buck. So we generally visit 3 to 6 times a month. The food NEVER disappoints. The one and only CONSISTENT DISAPPOINTMENT is the cashiers, I'm yet to determine if they are just EXTREMELY EAGER or EXTREMELY IMPATIENT. I always have to repeat my orders 2 maybe 3 times because they just cant help but talk over me, or even better ask me if that's will complete my orders and give me my total and ask me to pull forward either before I can reply NO or as I'mnsaying it. Regardless of the reason, I will say my orders is always CORRECT!! (I'D HOPE SO AFTER REPEATING MYSELF OVER AND OVER) The service is FAST AND FRESH, just be prepared to spend more time placing your order and waiting for the cashier to take a breath than you will receiving it at the window.
