The Lead Manager/Lead Team member and the nice lady at the window were amazing. They are very nice and caring and customer service was beyond amazing. Thank you Sonic for your kindness.

The employees are nice and I love sonic food/drinks but god... just don't come after it gets dark outside. Unless you feel like waiting. Even with mobile orders...

Been here twice now and both times I had to wait over 20 minutes on drinks that I preordered. Then to top it off when I push the button to ask about my order they just hung up. Definitely not coming here again.
