Quick and great food. But I'm disappointed that over the years they give less and less meat and toppings. I used to order and have an entire weeks worth of food in one sitting
The service is great and the employees are fast and friendly. The downside is the quality of the food. We seem to always be left disappointed.
Ordered a couple of weeks ago the door was good. Just ordered the same bowl, and it’s not as good. The queso sauce is more thicker than normal. There’s an after taste (don’t know if it the cheese or the bowl), whereas I’m getting an upset stomach. The queso doesn’t taste like queso. It did last time I ate here. And the chips are stale. After a few bites I decided to check reviews and I see the stale chips are a continuous problem. I don’t know if the owner read the reviews, but if they did, if anything, the chips should not be a problem. It’ll be awhile before I come here again or recommend this place.
Won't cook me a quesadilla. Online order only.. I don't order online because it's always cold or wrong. And its not like inside is ever busy at this place. Makes no sense. Swear every chipotle has their own weird quirk's. YOUR NOT THE ONLY MEXICAN PLACE CHIPOTLE YOU CAN'T ACT LIKE A MONOPOLY. I will be eating elsewhere that will actually cook me the food that they have available.
This is one of a better Chipotle restaurants I have been to. I placed a mobile orders right in front of the store, scheduled for a 12:30 pick up. When I walked in, my food was already prepared and ready for pick up, and employees were very kind and helpful when I asked questions. They were very generous with the amount of food as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch!
