Great food and pretty good service. I think two separate lines or a server dividing dine-in from online/to-go orders should be implemented since I waited 20 extra minutes after the time my food was ready. Friendly staff and great food none the less!

If you want a decent dining experience, this location is NOT what I would recommend. The staff was disorganized and were very negligent towards customers who inquired about their pick up orders AND to be seated. There was one couple that just walked right in, with no reservation at all, and were given seating priority when the line to be serviced was out the door. When we were finally seated after waiting 50 minutes, the waitress couldn’t remember our order and got it wrong several times before bringing the correct order. The food ended up being terrible after waiting such a long time. Either this establishment needs an entirely new staff or it needs to be closed down.

Waiting on my online pickup. I know you are all kinda busy but this place needs to work on communicating with the people in line who is waiting to pick the food up. See how it's just sitting there on the book shelf for a good minute too... thanks Ihop. Thank you to the nice lady at that table on the left for bagging it for me though ud83eudd70.

On Sunday morning we placed an order online at 10:45am was informed it would be ready by 11:10am. My fiance sat up there until 12pm waiting. All the while watching customers come in, order and leave with their food. He kept getting told our order was not ready yet. When he inquired about canceling order, he was told he would have to call the number on the email confirmation. The number on email confirmation goes to some guy in SC that is not affiliated with Ihop. So I attempted to contact the restaurant when they answered and sat the phone down, I could hear them calling out orders so I remained on the line for 3 minutes then hung up. I attempted to call back 41 more times that day to get my money back just to get a busy line every single time. I put in a complaint with corporate twice and still have not heard anything back. This is absolutely worst service and next step is being reported to the BBB. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO CALL A RESTAURANT THAT MANY TIMES AND NOT SPEAK TO ANYONE!nnUpdate: Manager finally got in contact with me and rectified the situation.

After working 15 hours all I wanted was a nice breakfast with my family. We ordered our drinks and our meal. The waitresses were doing everything right. Then it took almost an hour for our food to come. My wife's food was cold, the egg on my plate and my daughter's plate ere over cooked, my toast was hard and dry, and,worse than that, my daughter's toast had mold on it. The manager tried to tell me it was avocado because the cook used the same knife (cross contamination). When they finally remade everything my wife cut into my daughter's over easy eggs and they were more than over easy...they were RAW!!!!! Apparently they don't know what SALMONELLA IS!!!!!! Then when I finally lost my cool I was told to leave!!!!I will NEVER...EEEEEVER even THINK about eating at this IHOP again. If I could give LESS than one star I would.
