Service was terrible. Called my order in went to pick it up and they could not fined the order. Reordered it came back in ,the board said my order was ready but could not fined my pizza. Ordered it for a third time stood there and waited and got my pizza finally 1 1/2 hours later. They did give me 15 dollars back but it was not worth the wait.
I dont know who is cooking on 02/26 around 5pm but they need to be trained again. I watch several people return their food. I received my food and of course there were issues. My calzone did not come with sauce on the side, the crust on the outside was very hard, had to use a fork to eat the inside. My personal pan barely had sauce, asked for extra cheese and itnwas not any extra cheese.. I asked for buttery crust and it was plain. I am regular customer and I've noticed since management has changed, the quality of food has gone down.
Not too good with customer service and don’t know how to follow instructions. Ordered 3 different times for delivery and asked specifically for sauces (that I had to pay for) and other condiments and they have forgotten every time. On the 3rd time I asked the driver to please get the rest of my order. She said she would but never came back even though it’s located 6 mins away. Had to start doing carry out only which that experience made me not wanna do Pizza Hut anymore. I love Pizza Hut but definitely not at this location. Would rather drive to Richmond Hill than to deal with this place. Real and honest review.
Its touch and go but lately been a go. Sometimes they are very late with the orders and even once I was forgotten about and came in and they had to make my order at that moment after waiting 30mins already. The last two times they had trainees but a lady was helping and made things go by so much faster, even my order was ready in 10-12mins. So easy to order with her around.
My dad ordered carry out I picked up smooth transaction. Thanks for being on front line gals and guys another place I used to work at.
