Disappointed to say the least. I called to inquire about a price of a single vehicle and the lady who answered the phone literally told me to call back the next day because she was too busy taking a payment at that time and that she was trying to get out of there for the evening. Even when I offered to wait on hold she still would not help me. I guess taking 2 seconds out of her time to look at a pricing roster was too hard for her. ud83eudd37ud83cudffb♀ufe0f Very rude and unprofessional.
Manger always very helpful goes out of his way to make sure your taken care in a timely matter
They do have great cars and down payments for everyone!! I had a problem with the mommy because I have a black boyfriend(now husband) and she would treat him like he was second class!! I be a day late on my payment because they close early the mommy calling threatening me saying she was going to come get the car and call the police. Ken makes you feel like you owe him something!!
I had a wonderful experience with Ken's auto. Bought a vehicle from there and the process was quick and efficient! Delinda and Lisa in the office were both polite and easy to work with and Greg makes sure to find the vehicle you want and need. I have three teenage boys who will be driving in a couple years and I plan on going through Ken's Auto for their cars!
My experience at kens was amazing, the customer service was an awesome experience. I had zero issues with my vehicle. I will continue to do business here
