Love it

I have lived here for a little over a week now and Im not impressed by the overall experience so far. Within the 1st few days of living here I had things of my property stolen and when telling the office I wss told they don't have that problem and there was nothing they could do. Then I had an issue with my garbage cans being returned so went to the office to ask where they might be and I wss told with an attitude mind you from the owner himself that I don't need to worry about where my trash can is. When receiving mail which goes to office if staying in an RV they told them I do not live there. Now instead of the owner asking if it was actually in my name and instead of him listening to hear that its in my husbands name he automatically told me since name is on paperwork my mail wont be received then proceeded to tell me I have a bad attitude cause at this point im getting frustrated trying to explain and he would not let me speak then tells me to come back becausebi have a bad attitude and walks away from customer service window. So the owner is very unprofessional and very rude. The only person in office I have had a good experience with is tony

I set up housing for traveling medical professionals, we had a PT coming to this area for an assignment & we were given a lead to have her check this place out, she went & saw it in person & said she was greeted by a super friendly staff & the grounds & units were very very nice she was impressed & agreed she would stay here during her assignment! I called to set everything up & they have been nothing but helpful, kind, & accommodating! I will definitely be recommending them to any of our providers who are traveling to this area.

Clean and colorful!! I believe this is the best trailer park in Liberty county!!! All the ammonites you need!

Love this place. The staff is so great, especially kim, John, and mike! Always so so nice. Our sites have been well kept and there’s very little noise. When we did have trouble with a loud and aggressive tenant across from us they moved us no problem and gave those folks a serious warning.nnWe only planned on staying a couple months and now have stayed all winter. Reasonable prices, responsive staff, and generally quiet.nnThere are a lot of stray cats but the staff feeds them and gets them fixed so I’m happy with that solution!nnThanks you guys for a great winter!
