I ordered hotcakes and sausage and when I got to pay for it, the cashier told me they were not serving them. This could be handled when I place my order, instead I was in line for 8 minutes with getting nothing, wow Mickey does really. ud83dude24ud83dude24

Only giving 4 stars because I usually never have issues here. Tonight I ordered a large fry off the mobile app. I had to add condiments separately and it says it’s free on the app. So when I get to the window I am told different and that a large fry only comes with one sauce and I have to pay for the rest. I paid for it but I don’t understand when the app let me order it and I have never been charged for extra sauce. I also think one free sauce with a large fry is a little outrageous. Just trying to make management aware so maybe they can fix that !

Wouldn’t suggest this McDonald’s I waited at the drive through speaker for about 10min and wanted as everyone in the lane beside me ordering non stop as if I wasn’t there and I couldn’t leave the line because they had the drive through blocked off. I’ve had previous issues but this was just it for me. I could understand if they were busy but it started as 3cars I was second in line and one person was in the other line and I still was put last and waited.

99% of the time my order always comes out wrong, I constantly give them another chance since it’s easy that they are across the street from my home. But they can’t get anything right. Their soda always taste like water and it’s terrible. I’m done going here. So glad to be moving!
