Needs new management. Waited 30 minutes after drive through. Had to call in to ask where my food was after several people after me had come and gone. They came out to tell me to wait longer that they were still cooking it. I’m not dumb, nothing in this place should take longer than 2-3 min tops. The manager came out to “see what was wrong” and “see how he could help” I asked him for a refund and left. All this with a sick, hungry toddler in the back seat ... ud83dude22. I plan to contact corporate

It seems that the drive thru orders reign supreme. I went inside to take a single plate to go. I waited and was patient because I can tell that they were busy through the window. After 20 minutes of waiting, began to lose some patience as new orders were being taken and actually fulfilled. I’ve seen a car come through 10 minutes into waiting and order food for an entire family. They got their food first, as well as every car behind them for the next 10 minutes. When the lady finally began to ask what I wanted, she rushed my order and put in the shrimp instead of the chicken. I told her that I didn’t ask for shrimp and proceeded to charge me for it. I wasn’t going to take it and proceeded to walk out. I don’t like to act like this but everything was a mess. I honestly wouldn’t want to come back.

Ordered online I went to pick up once I arrived I saw that the drive thru had a long line of cars I tried to pick up inside but it was locked I got in line I was there in line for 10 min and had to leave due to not being late for work. I tried calling the store to tell them of my situation so I could get a refund but I called 4 times and it just rang without an answer.

Today was the second time that I’ve visited this store with over an hour left before closing & the staff refused to cook any new food. They offered to serve only what they had left. They stated they had the food available to cook but would not be cooking anymore due to “circumstances.” The staff was incredibly rude when I asked if they were closing early. She said “seriously?” when asked if they could cook what we ordered. I will not return to this location until it has new management.

Horrible experience. Placed an online order, said it would be ready in 35 minutes and when I showed up they hadn't started on it. Worst part, they ran out of some of the items and didn't seem to care, no sorry either.
