I have looked past the fact of them not having biscuits because I really love their spicy chicken tenders. That was until today when I waited at the speaker for 10 minutes to order just to be told they were out of chicken tenders completely. I’d like to say something will be done about this, but this churches has had issues going on for a while now & I don’t see it changing anytime soon. I honestly believe not one person with a high school diploma works at this establishment.
I love Church's, but this one I can by pass. But the employees are very nice! And they never have biscuits!
Came to this location while waiting on my boyfriend to be finished with a doctor’s appointment. They don’t serve honey butter biscuits or Mac and cheese at this location, two items I like to order there. I got a 3pc tender box with fries, which were not cooked all the way. Tenders were very tough. Employees also give attitudes whenever people are ordering. Will not return.
Awful experience. Waited in the drive-thru lane for almost 15 minutes with just 3 cars ahead of us. When they finally took our order, they proceeded to tell us that they were out of chicken tenders...At first I thought they were out of the spicy seasoning or something but they were completely sold out of the tenders...at a chicken restaurant...I will never go there again. Stay away. I’d recommend going up the road to the Zaxbys near Kroger.
This place is under poor management! They have zero customer service skills. Made me wait for close to 30mins for 3 shrimp and chicken box's. They brought it to my car with no fries in my box and a roll instead of biscuit. I asked for a manager and they asked for my number and never return my call... I give this spot a half a star. Couldn't pay me to stop here again!
