Just finished dinner. No one else in the store but employees, still took one of the 10 employees behind the counter to say something before anyone helped us..nI couldn't tell if the cashier was stoned, or just had zero personality, but we had to pay for 2 separate orders because she forgot that we added drinks, she seriously didn't say a word to us other than what was absolutely necessary..nOrange chicken was hours old and rock hard, chicken egg roll was so soggy, sitting in pan water for hours.. We will definitely not be back, no wonder we were the only people there at dinner rush..
Great food as usual from Panda. The fried rice, orange chicken, and walnut shrimp are my go-to’s. The staff could work on the friendliness aspect of their customer service. Bring a dog with you when you order. The staff love dogs!
I'm giving this place 5 stars, SOLELY on the fact of phenomenal customer service. I wish I had asked the name of the employee working the drive-thru, so I could recognize him specifically. I will say, I went late afternoon. The gentleman was very polite, patient and helpful as I've only been once, so far. And my food was ready immediately so I also want to brag on the whole team! I look forward to returning! Thanks Panda Express! Great job!
Normally good, but the past few months (today is 12/8/20) i have visited several times. Unfortunately I have had noodles come out hard and dark brown. I have had chicken come out hard and dry.nnDisappointed, but not the end of the world. Rating drops from 4 stars to 3.
The location in Gainesville is great... with nice employees and quick service via inside and through the drive-thru. You get a decent amount food too that is absolutely delicious!
