The food is always a 5 but they have to move that line along faster than that. It's 15+ cards in the drive thru at all times. It's getting a bit ridiculous...

Love this location. My cars driver side window quit working so I went inside( no table service ) and the girl at the door asked me to wait in my car, went and put it in, came and got the money, came back out and brought me my change, went back and got my food, and did it all with a smile. That's service!!!!

Ok so I'm not a big fan of Zaxbys, I usually come with my parter or friends. Lately our orders have been messed up but last Saturday we went and orders a family meal, wings n things and 2 blackened blue salads. Got home no salads, called and told us to come back so we did. Gave them receipt so they can get our salads. Got our salads didn't bother to check them since receipt should describe what kind we gotten. Got home wrong salads, called back asked if manager was available and they just put me on hold and no one ever answered. I was not going to go back a second time we were trying to enjoy our family dinner. I was upset.

Terrible Zaxby's. Ordered ahead with almost $50 worth of food, half of it was missing and waited over 15 mins after my pick up time. Ordered 3 salads, missing 1 and all condiments. Was also missing a full order of fries and a chicken sandwich. Reached out to customer service to have someone contact me and haven't heard anything in over a week. Will never go to the Zaxby's again. Possibly any.

Hey I was a GM at a couple of places. I know how this works and that you probably don't have time to deal woth negative Google comments and your owner or RD is going to fuss at you BUT your closers are trying to get out of serving customers at night which is hurting your sales and hurting your numbers. Telling multiple people that it'll take 20 minutes to make their food when it's dead so they'll leave and they can get closed.
