An elderly Caucasian female provides excellent service, and is prompt about bringing the food out to the customers to where we were able to enjoy the meal freshly done. However, on the other side of ihop there is a young Hispanic girl who provides bad service. The food was cold, and she took forever to take our orders. I also had to get up to ask for items that we needed. If it weren't for her bad service we would be going more often. I wonder which days that elderly lady works, so that I may only go on those days.

My experience this morning was not a good one. I usually have a good experience when I come. I decided this Saturday morning to take my son out for breakfast. This is the first time we had eaten out since the pandemic.nFirst of all, the cashier, which was a young, short Hispanic woman, showed us to a table when there was an booth open with a glass divider. I noticed she sat a Caucasian couple there afterwards. ( I am a black woman.)I asked her why she did that. She said the booth needed cleaning. That was a lie because I watched the whole time! This woman needs to be better trained to not show favoritism to certain people.nNext, they had one server. She was nice but we waited a good bit after being seated while she chatted a long time with another table. This server needs to be better trained also.
