I have NEVER walked into a barbershop and felt so welcome. The ladies at the Riveter are AMAZING. They cut my fiancé’s hair and he looked amazing. My son also got his hat cut and felt great walking out the door. I’m super thankful for The Riveter and we will continue to use them from here out!
This place is hands down the absolute best place to get all your hair needs met. From beards, to the amazing hair washing and massage ud83eudd24 so professional and attentive. I’ve been using Tiffany for years now and not once have I ever left feeling not one ounce of disappointment. I’ve seen some of the reviews and I must say with confidence, that these people are nitpicking. If you are a mask warrior and don’t want to be around mask-less people, then don’t “just notice” they weren’t wearing a mask half way through your cut. Like dude seriously? Anyway, if you’re going anywhere else you’re wasting your time and money! Support small local businesses like the Riverter and leave feeling confident!
No Masks, No Manners!nnSurely, I must have come on the wrong day! The staff was in the back and didn't bother to come out and greet us until I yelled a loud hello. Almost felt like we inconvenienced them. We apparently came while the stylist was having lunch.nnWe booked our appointments with 2 different stylists online to have haircuts at the same time. They should have been ready for us. The stylist that attended us informed us that I booked the same stylist for the same time. I am positive I booked 2 different stylists for the sole reason of not having to wait. I did not appreciate her fibbing. I questioned her and she went to the back to get another stylist.nnThey were not wearing masks by the way. I realized this after they were halfway into the cut.nnAnd this is the big one....I suspected that one of the stylists smelled of weed. Both made little to no attempt to build rapport. The stylist that checked us in, walked around the salon like it was her house with food in her hand. I give it a 2 because they at least cut the hair decently.nnWe are not coming back!
The Riveter is my new shop for sure! I traveled 40 minutes from Bethlehem to Jefferson for a cut and was not disappointed. My appointment was for 9:30am and my butt was in Tiffany’s chair at 9:29am. My wife loved the result so much she said, “book an appointment for our son before you leave”. 10/10 recommend!
We take our children here for their haircuts (4.5 and 2.5 years old). They always look like a million bucks after getting their haircuts here. I would get my hair cut here as well, but I've lost all my hair (I'm about to have 3 boys under 5 years old, give me a break). Anyway, I highly recommend the Riveter Barbershop for children's haircuts.
