This is a great local cafe with good coffee, lots of space to sit and work or hang with friends and good parking. I like their iced coffee and I haven't had their food, but my boyfriend has and says it's great.nnIt's hard to find places to work and this is a great option for that.

I'm new to Jefferson and was looking for a good licsl breakfast place. Visited Cream and Shuga and will definitely be back. Warm atmosphere and great service! Very friendly staff. The hubby and I tried several different items and all were very good. Had the Apple and Cinnamon muffin and it was tasty, with the right consistency/ moistness. I had scrambled eggs with bacon and cheese grits. All was good and the cheese grits were excellent! Hubby had the bagel sandwich with fried egg and ham and thought it was also fantastic. We will definitely be back soon to try some more.nnWent across the street to the Black Barn and bought a new welcome sign for the house! Will def go there again too. Super cute stuff!

The white chocolate mocha was delicious. Very affordable prices and a yummy breakfast platter. I loved the bacon.

This place is great. Its the old jail. So you can literally sit in a cell with a friend and enjoy breakfast with a great cup of coffee.. The decor is great. The breakfast is also yummy. And prices are very reasonable. They also have a large sitting area if you prefer that.

The food isn’t nearly as good as it used to be, nor is the service. They treat me like I’m a nuisance to them for wanted to place an order. They also don’t wear masks, and looked at me like I had 4 heads for wearing one. We’re in the highest peak of this pandemic. I won’t be going back here, which I hate because it’s a few minutes from my house.
