To receive notifications in December and during a pandemic that you owe the IRS is not at all exceptable. Laura KNEW or should have known given her so called experience that there might have been an issue. To have been told that is one thing, but to be blindsided is NOT EXCEPTABLE! One can acknowledge sitting behind ones desk and smiling and giving the jargon of the business, but to admit when one is wrong takes a real professional! It’s about customer service! If one owes a bill, they pay it! Regardless!! To convey information over a text and not even try to attempt customer service, WRONG! Just plan WRONG

Great Accountant! Laura took good care of me. She came highly recommend on the Nextdoor App. I decided to try her because I had some unusual tax issues last year.nLaura was very friendly and engaging, asked pertinent questions and came across very competent. She completed my taxes in well under an hour, got me a bigger refund than expected and was very affordable. About what I usually pay for Turbotax, but she actually knows what she's doing.nHighly recommend! I'll be seeing her again next year!

This place is absolutely AMAZING, I actually enjoyed having my taxes prepared for the 1st time ever. Laura is extremely knowledgeable and so professional. Not only did she file this years returns she helped me better prepare for next year. I wish I could give her 10 stars! I'll recommend her to everyone I meet!
