Friendliest, most professional and efficient staff I’ve seen at a fast food place in a long time. I have ordered several times recently and my sandwiches are always great.

I ordered 2 sandwiches. I asked less lettuce and onions on one sandwich and for them to cut it in half and they were not. I got 2 sandwiches with about 6 pieces of shredded lettuce on them each. It might as well have been no lettuce. There is very little meat on it. I have never had such a bad sandwich at Jimmy john. The flavor was lacking. Shame on you for this horrible food

Ordered delivery from here. Was very fast. But I ordered 2 subs and one was wrong. It literally only had salami and pickles. I called and they remade it and sent it back out. Fast again but AGAIN this sub was wrong too. There wasn’t any cheese. I asked for no capicola and I get capicola. There’s only 4 pickles when I asked for extra pickles. I will not go back to this place and I do not suggest it! Service wasn’t very well either.

This is the worst experience at a Jimmy John's I have had. 25 minute wait for a pickup order, then I get the wrong order. Another 10 minutes for them to remake it. Get home and the order is still wrong. Will go out if my way to get to another location.

I love jimmy john’s, but this one was a bit lacking. Difficult to hear, messed up order, hair on the food, and not freaky fast. What a bummer.
