Everytime I get food from this pizza hut it is always so good!!
Worst pizza experience ever. I wasted 40 minutes of my life trying to order pizza today.nI tried to order on my Android phone but the website insisted I select a captcha that was not visible. I repeated the process on a Windows computer with the same result.nI called the Springhurst, Louisville, KY location and was routed to a call center where they barely spoke English. The foreign Rep could not find the promotion displayed prominently on their website and was unwilling to transfer me to a supervisor.nnI called back to the Springhurst location and was able to speak to store staff by selecting 3 in the menu. Doug could not take my order so he put me on hold for 10 minutes until Todd answered. Todd said he would help but put me but hung up instead.
Always loved this one and never had a problem until today. Why they do a middle man call center is beyond me and is so frustrating. I asked if they had specials . Was told no. Pull up to get my order. Specials all over the place. Called the actual store, waited on hold for about 10 minutes. Told the girl I wanted to change my order since I wasnt told about the special . The manager Todd gets on the phone . Basically says sorry about your luck. I tried to work with him so I wouldn't have to cancel because by now it's been an hour, I was lied to and still waiting on my pizzas. He refuses and says goodbye then just hangs up. Hope he got that $37 covered! At least at Little Caesars you can order directly at the store
