I would have given this place 1 star but the protein shake was good. However the 2 ladies working there aren't . Mom and daughter shouldn't be working together. It's like watching an episode of Gilmore Girls in there with all their bickering and carrying on. Also what happened to Veteran/Military discount? Did smoothie king just stop given it or is it just this place?

I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews regarding the customer service. Everyone working here has been so kind and welcoming. The smoothies are delicious and it’s always such a pleasant experience!! I go multiple times a week.

All reviews of the mother/daughter drama and extreme rudeness are spot on! Yelp also has similiar reviews. There is no way others on this site are giving it true 4-5 star reviews. Must be friends of the owner pumping up the rating.nnI’ve been here about 3 times. Each time Ive had a horrible customer service experience from the same middle aged woman (assume she owns the place). She talks down to me, her employees, and her mother. Lied to me and told me they stopped using SK app (always use it at St Matthews). Very argumentative when trying to order a Peanut Power smoothie. I tried to use a SM coupon once an she refused to honor it.nnI refuse to go back here. I’m honestly surprised that SK corporate doesn’t get involved since it’s not just a bad employee, but rather the owner.

Hours online say they close at 8, drove by at 7:30, looked like the employees were cleaning up and the open sign was off so I thought they were closed but decided to check the door anyway. Turns out they were open but probably just trying to look closed so they didn’t have to do anything else until they actually closed.nnI opened the door, went in, then my wife got out of our car so I opened the door for her. As I held the door open for *literally* 4 seconds, the lady behind the counter snapped “can you close the door that’s how the flies get in.” Last I checked, that’s how the customers get in too. Sorry for holding the door open, but don’t worry it’s the last time we will.
