My prescription was given to someone other than me and they said I picked it up. Horrible customer service in process of contacting Store Manager- Pharmacy Manager and making a police report. How does this stuff happen with a big corporation like this??

The pharmacist herself didn’t give me a good experience. She didn’t even have good manners. I picked up new medication and she didn’t even bother ask me if I had any questions, etc. She was honestly very dismissive. Never coming back.

Employees in the pharmacy are the best. I pick up prescriptions for my Mom and they know who I'm there for before I even tell them.
