I love my new convertible and could not have been a better experience!!! Go see Jake!!!nI drove by Mazda of Lake Lanier last week to see if they had any convertibles. None, I was on a mission and Jake Porter called back a few days later to let me know they had just received a 2021 Miata and would be on lot next day. I was not planning to buy a car that day, but never felt pressured. The whole experience made me feel comfortable and respected as a female. This new team at Mazda is worth checking out!

I had a wonderful experience. I took my car in for some basic care and they got it done in a timely manner. I will be bring my car back.

I had the pleasure of working with Trey! He was able to help us find the truck that met our needs and wants! Customer service was excellent! The next time I need a vehicle I will definitely go back to Trey for help.

Went Jan 8th to see about getting my display replaced on my Mazda CX-9. Over an hour away. Closest to me. Part was ordered. Came back in two weeks because part finally came in. Drove an hour. The wrong part was in the box. Why didn’t they check it before I drove? You tell me. Been trying to reschedule for weeks. Nobody keeps in contact with each other in the different departments. The phones don’t work in one department. Was about to leave for my appointment this morning (Feb 17), get a call seconds before I leave and a voicemail. Need to reschedule because the guy who has been out these few weeks (the only guy that can fix this part apparently) is not back into work. Can’t get back into contact with this guy that called me because phones don’t work and people don’t communicate. Get outside and walk across the parking lot to find someone. I end up getting hung up on during a transfer. I call the parts department and get a refund. It better be a full one. We will see.

Poor Customer Service. I was very hesitant to schedule service here based on all the negative reviews and the negative reviews must be accurate. I made an appointment online and then emailed Amy with some questions. Never heard back. Emailed her again and crickets. It's difficult to call during regular hours which is why I emailed. I cancelled and scheduled in Buford. Buford has much better reviews. If you are looking for great customer service then look elsewhere!
