Started out great no issues in the test drive or the paper work process. Come to find out they Sold me a truck with engine problems. They sent me to a mechanic who didn’t speak any English so I had no idea what he was talking about. And just expected that I take their word. The sales man that sold me the truck had been fired. When I went to him for help he told me they weren’t doing the right thing by me and he was fired. After almost 2 weeks I finally got the truck back! Grease marks all over it. It was a white truck so it was very visible . The mechanic never put the hoses back together right. So I had to pay to have it done the correct way. When I went to make my first payment on the truck the loan company had no clue who I was or that I even had the truck. After fighting with them and the dealership for weeks they Repossessed the truck! I will never go to them again. Very sad experience for my first car. Scammers just like the rest of the dealerships in that area!

This is Claudia. This was the second time I bought from auto deals. Ericka the sales person was great and helpful! Everyone was. Front desk was really nice and helpful as well. Also the financial company danco is great. Thanks again!

I would just like to say my experience with Auto Deals of Gainesville has been so helpful in my process of buying a car!! When I had a problem they were able to solve it with the only effort being on their part. The staff and manager was extremely helpful and very personable!! Hoping it will be a long time before I need another car, but when I do I know where my first stop will be! Thank you Auto Deals for my new car!!
