I really thought that us auto would be more helpful during this pandemic that we’re going through,I asked for one deferment just one payment and they couldn’t do that ,I have never been late with a payment this is my second car with them ,I have never had any problems with them or my car,my hours was cut at work I just wanted one payment deferred,they could care less about what people are going through as long as they get paid ,can’t wait to get out of this contract ☹ufe0f
