Tommy was great! He explained everything great so I could understand what was really going on with my Denali and most of all he was very honest!!! That's what you call excellent customer service!!! I will be returning with any work I need done with my car and will be referring my friends and family to your dealership!

I just love all these folks at Jim Hardman. I hope I can always purchase and service my vehicles here. This is the best experience in all my life with a vehicle from purchase to service. And, I love love love my GMC Sierra Denali.

Took my truck to get an oil change and tire rotation before a road trip. While waiting on the room I was informed my truck needed a wheel alignment (it was driving perfectly fine before I came in and when I left I have to hold the steering wheel tight because my vehicle wanted to go to the right). When I got home noticed tire rotation was not done, miltipoint inspection was not done either (air pressure in one tire was low, air filters were dirty, low on windshield fluid and none of these things were mentioned or addressed). I came back from my trip and now I have to replace the front wheels that were in GREAT condition because of improper alignment.nNow I wonder if I even got my oil changed.

When I asked could we take a look at an issue (while I was there for oil change) I was advised that the techs did not have time that day. Which I understood. But then later as I am sitting waiting the service rep comes back to me and advised that my vehicle has a alignment issue and stated they could take care of that today. So did not have time to check an issue that I was having but had time to do the alignment. That did not sit well with me. We are searching for a great service location. We recently purchased this GMC we previously had a nissian and carriage was amazing in the service department unfortunately they don’t service GMC. I am willing to give you guys another shot but will try others first.
