I just bought the Chevy Cruz but I haven't drove yet since I just purchased it, whoever Carlos is A plus from start to finish, and made my experience awesome. I drove it the day before and came back the next day, and test drove another vehicle but I ended buying the one I test drove from the beginning. I appreciate it so so much. Over the weekend, I drove nearly an hour to look at a vehicle. Realizing they were closed, I left a voicemail requesting they call me asap and I would be coming in Monday morning to test drive and possibly purchase the vehicle. The guy texted me that he had received my vm. I responded to let him know I would be coming in, he never responded. I called Monday morning around 9:45am to tell him I was coming and wanted to take it to a mechanic to get it checked out. I knew then he had no sense of urgency and didn't act as if he cared whether he sold a vehicle or not. I drove another hour to get there, only to find out that someone had put a deposit on the vehicle this morning. Again, this guy could have cared less. The owner apologized and said he had another vehicle I may be interested in and asked this particular sales guy to take me around back to show me. He literally guided us outside, pointed towards a shed and said it's in front of that. I wasn't even sure which vehicle I was looking at. The owner did take down my number so if he got in another truck, he would call me before he listed it. Although the owner was nice the sales person I spoke to twice, left a vm for and texted could have cared less! Heck maybe he wasn't a sales guy and that is why he didn't care. I guess car sales are good and he didn't need a sale. Meanwhile, my 18 year old son was very disappointed that it was sold out from underneath us.
