The shop on Thompson bridge road and Brandon Place in Gainesville, GA is rough!!! It makes me sad that this is the one closest to my home. They rarely provide a good experience. At my last visit they had no mobile ordering, no cafe walk-in, no cookies, no cake pops, didn't know what I meant when I asked for 4 creams and 4 sugars, and still managed to get my order wrong.nnPlease improve this location and make it more like Dawsonville, GA. They truly know what they are doing. I would love to drink my coffee on the way 30 minute drive to work instead of ordering across the street from work and chugging it before walking into work directly across the street.
