For 3 months I been trying to get my taxes from my employer. Then I waited then I called the irs . I thought that I could just call them and they could give me my taxes with no problems. Why are there multiple numbers for one local office ?? I don’t understand why they are making this so difficult and frustrating.

Zero customer service....plan on a day, a week, a month...to get any help. We live in a sad world. We pay & pay & pay... They take take take...... Only to be treated like a zero.

They are temporarily closed due to COVID-19. You should call the customer service number prior to driving to this location.

Awesome service.nWe went there to get what we needed, to get it to my son’s future college, it was a smooth and pleasant experience.nEven if this location is far from home, next time we’ll make an appointment in here again!

Traveled 45 minutes to see it closed at 10 am on Thursday. Cant get through online or on the phone. Get it together!
