The new chicken sandwich is just salt in a bun. With all the superior fast food chicken options these days, I wonder why they even bother. They certainly aren't making any real effort to keep up.

Understaffed (5:00 pm on a nice weather Sunday.) Makes me think mgmt is trying to save labor costs at the price of poor service. Very long wait for online order, but the three people on duty were hustling and doing their best.

Great chicken Breasts. But they did give me crispy instead of original recipe that I ordered. Still yummy.

The food was good, but the Customer Service was awful. No manager on duty, they messed up orders and the girl KJ was very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. Had five cars waiting for food over 30 minutes after it was paid for at the drive thru.

I think the location is on a verge of closing. Not much traffic as normal and the new intersection has made it difficult to get to the location from any direction which may cause possible shoppers to look for a easier meal to get quickly. Their service is good though when you are able to get in the driveway without fighting traffic.
